This monthly meeting is designed for new mothers or mothers to be who are looking for other new moms to ask questions, share resources, and connect with.

For this workshop, we source specialists like birth doulas, nutritionists and other pregnancy and childcare experts that are able to answer your questions, can guide and support you on the exciting journey of being a new parent.

Mandala Wellness aims to support those who raise small children abroad as expats, without the network of family and close friends in close reach.
